Short story gives a glimpse into the future

JK Rowling did it: the author of the "Harry Potter" books wrote a sequel! All information is here.

What Harry, Ron and Hermione do after their time at Hogwarts, we learned seven years ago in the final chapter of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows . Now author JK Rowling has ventured another look into the future in a short story.

In this "Dumbledore's Army" just like us Muggle just a World Cup - not in football, but of course in Quidditch. The story is written from the point of view of gossip columnist Rita Kimmkorn, who, as always, has no sympathy for Harry Potter: his hair would turn gray "just before his 34th birthday", but he remained faithful to the unfashionable round lenses.

There's also a new scar on Harry's face - but she does not credit Rita Skeeter to his dangerous work as an Auror, but to his wild marriage to Ginny. She now works as a journalist herself and rivals Rita Kimmkorn. As usual, she also comments on Neville Longbottom's extravagant drinking habits and Ron Weasley's hair loss.

The date of the story is probably less of a coincidence: today another part of the Harry Potter amusement park in Florida opened its doors. It does not matter to us, we still look forward to hearing about news from our youth heroes over a new "Harry Potter" band !
