At least we were not sure whether Jessica Simpson and ex-football player Eric Johnson would get anything in between. But on July 5, 2014, it finally happened: The dream couple gave themselves the yes-word in California. In addition to the two children Ace Knute and Maxwell Drew, the couple's closest family members and friends were allowed to attend the ceremony in the luxury resort of San Ysidro Ranch.
Among others, Jessica's parents Joe and Tina Simpson, her sister Ashlee Simpson and her fiancée Evan Ross, CaCee Cobb and her husband Donald Faison, and Jessica Alba and her sweetheart Cash Warren.

Sadly, Jessica Simpson did not allow us to look at her wedding dress because she sold the rights to the pictures exclusively to the US magazine "People". However, a sketch by designer Carolina Herrera shows that it was a true princess outfit. The off-the-shoulder bridal gown entices with wide tulle skirt and gold-colored embroidery. The bride wore a veil, bridal shoes by Brian Atwood and jewelry by Neil Lane.
