"That's my body."

Blogger Loey Lane's video message takes less than two minutes to complete. The effect of her inspirational words, however, lasts much longer.

Loey Lane knows what it's like when other people rashly judge you. She knows the reproachful looks that other people give her because of her weight. But these looks are superficial. In fact, these people judge Loey Lane and other plus-size women without really knowing anything about them or their bodies. In the video below, the young fashion and beauty blogger from America makes a clear statement against prejudice .

"If people see me, they assume I'm sitting on the couch all day eating McDonald's fast food, although in truth, I've never even seen a BigMac in my life."

The plus-size beauty is tired of hearing from others what's wrong with her body. You should not allow yourself to judge another person's body about which they know nothing. Loey Lane wants to tell all those people who quickly form an opinion about her, her body and her state of health, why she likes her body.

"This body can run for miles without letting me down, this body is strong, it has curves, it has muscles and it has cellulite, it is fed on healthy food, but it does not stop working when I eat something different every now and then. This body wears size 40, the average size of the American woman. He should be shown as he is: beautiful. This is the body that I will have for the rest of my life.He shows my efforts and progress. "

In the video below, Loey Lane's voice comes off the screen as she shows off how she skilfully presents pretty swimwear for oversized women. With these strong and beautiful pictures she supports her last inspirational words even more.

"I am grateful for what this body has done for me, and I am grateful for the healthy path I have taken, both mentally and physically, I am proud of what has come over, this is my body."

Julie Creffield from England is also making a great sign against her decision to make a wrong judgment about overweight women with her blog 'The Fat Girl's Guide To Running'. Here is more information about Julie's project.
