He depicts the kidnapper and asks him to release the 5-year-old girl . Fortunately, the perpetrator does not resist and flees after handing over the little girl to his brave stepfather. The police can finally arrest the perpetrator as he tries to break into another house in the neighborhood. The kidnapper is identified as the 48-year-old Troy Morley, who resides in Roy, 45 miles away (also Utah).
The little girl was not hurt. The family should be fine, according to the circumstances, according to a spokesman. The parents did not want to comment on the incident.
