This is what you need for the New Year party hats to make yourself:
- 3 sheets of wrapping paper
- Spray adhesive
- 3 sheets of DIN A2 photocard
- double-sided adhesive tape
- 5 m loop band
- newsprint
- Circle or dinner plate
- ruler
- scissors
- Perforator
That's how it works:
1. Lay out the substrate with newspaper. Glue a sheet of wrapping paper with spray adhesive onto a sheet of photocard.
2. After drying, draw two 35 cm semicircles on the cardboard side.
3. Cut out the semicircles.
4. Turn the half-circles into a bag so that the two ends of the straight edges overlap by about 5 cm.
5. Pierce one hole on each of two opposite sides with a punch.
6. Glue the hat to the overlap with double-sided tape.
7. Knot a loop of approx. 40 cm through the holes.
