A dream becomes true

The eight-year-old boy is missing his legs. A dolphin without a fin shares his fate, both swim with prostheses!

As a baby, Cieran Kelso gets meningitis. As a result of meningitis he loses both legs. Thanks to his prostheses leads the meanwhile eight-year-old a happy life, but swimming is difficult.

As his father thinks about something very special: He designs special prostheses for swimming for his son. They do not just look like swim fins, they work just as well! The prostheses allow Cieran to play happily with his friends in the water.

Now comes a long-awaited wish: the boy gets the chance for the first time to swim with a dolphin. However, this is not about any dolphin. Winter and Cieran share the same fate: both lack a body part.

Winter lacks the flippers, a fact that actually makes survival impossible for a dolphin. But thanks to modern technology, the impossible has become possible: even winter has got a prosthesis. With this he can easily move in the water.

The two friends not only share the passion for swimming, but also their destiny. Thanks to the prostheses, they can now play together in the water.
