Colorful cooling

The cool refreshment for hot summer days: popsicles. Lots of fruit and little sugar - the healthy ice cream, which tastes delicious and can be easily made by yourself!

We dream about the bays of Capri and the beaches of Corsica - with a straw hat on our heads and an ice cream in our hands. When temperatures rise above the 30 ° C mark, only one thing can help: a colorful refreshment.

Lots of fruit and little sugar - a popsicle is the healthy refreshment on hot summer days. A colorful summer fun for young and old.

Doing the trick yourself is anything but difficult. Ice molds made of plastic and silicone are available for little money. The cost-effective alternative: yogurt cups. Fill the molds with fruit juice and fruit puree or be inspired by our recipes.

If you want to make your own ice cream, you do not need an ice cream maker. A handful of fruit and a little patience are enough to conjure up the healthy delicacy.

Our favorite: fruit salad ice cream on a stick . A colorful cooling that tastes of summer, sun, beach and sea. Just like our sunny recipes from the holidays.
