Evaluation: Count together how many times you ticked Yes or No.

  • 0 to 2 times Yes: Probably your nails are intact. Nevertheless, you should check regularly if thickness or color has changed. Tip: Potting soil can also contain fungi.
  • 3 to 4 times Yes: Your risk of getting nail fungus or getting sick is relatively high. Especially if you have a chronic illness.
  • 5 to 10 times Yes: A nail fungus infection is very likely. Therefore, a doctor's visit is advisable.
