Luckily we have our joints. We owe it to them that we can move easily in everyday life. In order to maintain mobility, we should take care of our joints to avoid rigid posture and muscle and joint complaints.

Everybody knows it and, due to work, is often forced: permanent. The lack of exercise in everyday life harms the musculoskeletal system considerably, because the muscles and joints can not be adequately supplied with nutrients, since they only reach the needy places by sufficient movement. The result of the daily Sitzmarathon: a rigid posture and joint and muscle problems. Those who try to integrate more exercise into their daily routine in their everyday life have already done a lot for themselves and laid a good foundation for reducing back pain and muscle tension.

Limited mobility due to acid-rigidity

If the body also suffers from hyperacidity, this, in addition to the lack of exercise, has an additional negative effect on the mobility of the muscles and joints, because then, under certain circumstances, even acidification may occur. In such an acid-rigidity excess acid is stored in the connective tissue, whereby it loses its elasticity.

If the muscle and joint complaints are actually due to acidity, it can be helpful to change the diet. Meat, sausages, baked goods and dairy products should only be consumed in moderation, while fruits and vegetables can be enjoyed at any time. If, contrary to expectations, it is difficult to regain a balanced acid-base balance by the natural route, a two- to three-month course of treatment with a base product may be helpful.

This saying should become the motto of humankind in terms of back health. Even small but effective tricks make sure that your back is doing well in the long run. Instead of taking the elevator to take the stairs, ride the bike to work and just leave the car or get off a stop earlier and go a bit on foot. In terms of sports, a combination of strength, endurance and coordination training is the right choice to strengthen the muscles and in this way to prevent tension.
