Flowery idea for the corridor

The hall is the figurehead of every house, because here guests come through first. A self-built wardrobe can really impress.

That's what you need for the wardrobe:

  • sanded wood panel approx. 170 x 68 cm (hardware store)
  • white paint or paint
  • small paint roller or paint roller wallpaper (wallpaper agency, Jolanda col. 03, 59.50 €)
  • Wallpaper knife / scissors
  • wallpaper paste
  • Tassel for the paste
  • Coat hooks (hardware store)
  • ruler
  • cleaning rags
  • wood screws
  • Cordless Screwdriver

And that's how easy it is:

1. At the beginning, paint the edges of the wood panel with the white paint and let it dry.

2. Cut the wallpaper to the correct length.

3. Now evenly coat the back of the wallpaper with the paste, then fold the wallpaper together (do not bend the edges!), Allow the paste to retract for about 10 minutes.

4. Apply a thin layer of paste to the wooden plate, then apply the wallpaper (either with a wallpaper brush or sponge roll). Possibly. Remove excess paste with a rag.

5. Screw the coat hooks to the wooden plate.
