The company Sixt secures the highest grade with the test rating of 1.8. Especially in the customer service (information, hotline, answering a request) Sixt convinced the testers. With 1.9 Europcar follows in second place ahead of Avis and Hertz, each with a grade of 2, 3 ("good"). Last will budget with a "satisfactory" (2.8).
