1. Cut circles out of the paper with the motive scissors.
2. Cut slightly smaller semicircles from the honeycomb paper.
3. Open honeycomb paper and glue with the smooth sides on the paper circles.
4. Possibly use a punch to punch a hole in the paper circle for hanging.
5. Tie with pink satin ribbon around the neck of the bottle.
