The most beautiful theme party ideas 2014

Winged - that's the way to start a new year. Leave all the legacy behind and start from scratch with ambitious intentions and full motivation.

To drive away the evil spirits with timpani and trumpets is the demand for a boisterous New Year's Eve party . For an unforgettable evening you just have to show some creativity and courage for extravagance.

Theme parties are the best way to add a special touch to the New Year's Eve. And in passing, I find the side effect of a motto super: relaxed atmosphere and much talk. Deep in the bag of tricks, one certainly has some very original ideas that go far beyond the perennial favorite of a bad-key party. After all, there must also be a small challenge for the guest behind it, who then does not have to just squeeze into a classic fashion breach. This year we leave the balloon silk suit and the body á la Flashdance in the closet and become creative ourselves.

For a lot of scope and a lot of variety is wonderfully the motto "Famous People". Here you can choose from the entire celebrity spectrum from Charlie Chaplin to Audrey Hepburn to Karl Lagerfeld. Who can say that he once celebrated the New Year together with Robbie Williams? If I had to choose myself for a famous personality, that would be Marlene Dietrich. If you want to give the whole thing a special clue, you can easily make a "figure highlight" out of it. Mickey Mouse, Goofy, Cinderella and Tinker Bell would be on the guest list under the "Comic" special, while Hulk, Catwoman and the Joker are plundering the buffet under the motto "Superheroes and Super Villains". For movie fans, the motto "film classics" on New Year's Eve would be ideal. Here you can decide whether to put together a small selection of film classics, or even in advance for a specific movie decides. A party under the Grease motto ensures 1950s flair. The girls would then embody the Pink Ladies' clique and the boys could band together to form the T-Birds. Of course there should not be missing: ponytail, petticoats in the ladies and pomade in the hair and folding comb in the pants pocket in the men.

In order for the guests to dive into the world of the motto, of course, the ambience must be right. With appropriate decoration, the appropriate culinary delight and a harmonious playlist you create the perfect atmosphere for your very own New Year's Eve party. For a night á la celebrity lookalike the red carpet at the entrance and a few disposable cameras for paparazzi should not be missing. Of course, at the buffet for superheroes there will be spinach snacks and a kryptonian cocktail. And at the Grease theme party, songs by Jim Jacobs, Warren Casey, and Michael Gibson add a little rock 'n' roll to the dance floor. The famous "You're The One That I Want" also brings the last dancer to the dance floor.

Now I wish you all a happy new year!

All the best,

Your Eva Brenner
