From Monday, lots of cold air will come to Germany. The snowfall limit drops to low altitudes. This is High Yörn replaced by the cold Corinna. And it has it all: Even in otherwise quite snow-free areas such as the Cologne area can fall from Monday tidy snow.

In Central Germany, Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg, however, comes down even more. Here it is snowing well even in low altitudes. In the south of Germany it should be around the minus 15 degrees. In some regions threaten even 20 degrees minus.

It does not get so cold in northern Germany. However, a few flakes can fall here as well. And it will be smooth here too. Especially at temperatures around zero degrees it often comes to ground frost, the motorist often surprised. Therefore, especially in regions where temperatures are around freezing, caution against black ice is important.
