The good news: You can escape this cycle if you change your eating habits a bit. Instead of unhealthy carbohydrates, like pizza, pasta and chips, you should rather eat your stomach with protein . These have the advantage that they last longer and you eat less.
After eating the right food
By the way, it is not a good idea to stop eating after a sport. During training, whether yoga or Zumba, the proteins in the muscles are split and gradually reduced. To regenerate and build muscle, your body needs high protein food.
During exercise, your body has also used up energy reserves. This is in the form of glycogen stores in the muscles. If the memory is not filled, the dream of tight abdominal muscles remains unfulfilled. Fill your energy storage with healthy carbohydrates best, in this case, fruit, quinoa and whole grains are your friends.
