Strawberry recipes

Layer by layer for enjoyment: a fine cream, fruity fruit and a crunchy crunch. Our strawberry trifle - a summery trilogy to fall in love with!

The creamy layered dessert comes from Great Britain and means translated as much as trifle. We veto and agree on the translation "delicious little thing". For dessert or for afternoon tea - the Trifle is traditionally made from three layers - a fine cream, delicate fruit and a soft biscuit. The latter is drizzled with whiskey or another sweet liqueur. We have further developed the British classic and are looking forward to cream, strawberries and sponge fingers - soaked in fine almond liqueur.

Also tasty: Oreo biscuits instead of sponge fingers. Our favorite: a crunchy topping of salted pretzels. To do this, roughly crumble 75 g salt pretzels into a universal shredder. Mix with cinnamon, 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp melted butter and leave to cool. Layer with the strawberries and cream to a sweet-salty trifle. Small dessert - very big!

A salty layered spit - the classic layered salad. Delicious!
