Dessert recipe

Life tastes sweet - fresh strawberries, crunchy cantuccini biscuits and a fine mascarpone cream. We give the Italian dessert classic new shine and conjure up a fruity-fresh strawberry tiramisu . Or a Tiramisu without egg.

In summer it may be a bit easier: yogurt instead of mascarpone, orange juice instead of amaretto and cantuccini biscuits instead of spoon biscuit, topped by a layer of fruity strawberries - our strawberry tiramisu recipe is the culmination of a successful summer menu.

And because we can not get enough of the little fruits, we spoon the strawberry tiramisu on the picnic blanket and enjoy a piece of Grandma's strawberry cake. Oh, sweet summer sin!

Ingredients (8-10 people)

150 g vanilla yoghurt, 500 g mascarpone, juice of 1/2 lemon, 75 g sugar, 400 g whipped cream, 500 g strawberries, 250 g spoon biscuits or Cantuccini biscuits, 200 ml orange juice, 50 g dark chocolate, about 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

preparation

1. Mix the yoghurt, mascarpone, lemon juice and sugar. Beat the cream until stiff, fold in. Wash strawberries, brush, pat dry and slice half.

2. Lay a rectangular shape (about 15 x 30 cm) with half of the biscuits or cantuccini and sprinkle with half of the juice. Approximately Spread 1/3 of the cream on top, cover with strawberry slices. Approximately Spread 1/3 of the cream on it. Add the remaining biscuits, drizzle with orange juice and pass the remaining cream on top. Leave Tiramisu cold for at least 5 hours.

3. Finely chop the chocolate. Halve remaining strawberries. Sprinkle tiramisu with chopped chocolate, sprinkle lavishly with cocoa and arrange. Add strawberries and serve.
