Dessert recipe
Life tastes sweet - fresh strawberries, crunchy cantuccini biscuits and a fine mascarpone cream. We give the Italian dessert classic new shine and conjure up a fruity-fresh strawberry tiramisu . Or a Tiramisu without egg.
In summer it may be a bit easier: yogurt instead of mascarpone, orange juice instead of amaretto and cantuccini biscuits instead of spoon biscuit, topped by a layer of fruity strawberries - our strawberry tiramisu recipe is the culmination of a successful summer menu.
And because we can not get enough of the little fruits, we spoon the strawberry tiramisu on the picnic blanket and enjoy a piece of Grandma's strawberry cake. Oh, sweet summer sin!
