Lightning fast wellness quickies for in between!

How to get rid of stress quickly and immerse yourself in a pleasant feeling of happiness? Here are three quick relaxation exercises that work after a few minutes.

For the eyes

Too much staring at the pc? Close her tired eyes, gently drumming her face with her fingers. Then press the fingers for about 1 minute gently on the inner and outer corner of the eye, while doing so with the tips of both middle fingers around the eyes.

For the neck

Well, braced? Now do not overstretch your neck by tilting your head left and right - that just makes it worse. But sit upright, keep your chin straight, paint a lying eight in the air with your head (or nose tip). 3 x 10 repetitions.

For the head

Stressed out? Then look for a quiet place, sit down comfortably. Close your eyes, inhale and exhale deeply. Now send the thoughts on trips - dream beaches, flower meadows, magic forests ... everything goes. Return slowly after 10 to 15 minutes.
