One week fasting fast instruction for a week

Fasting instructions: That's how it works!

Of course, while fasting, there are plenty of juices, water and broth on the program. Important: Drink very consciously and enjoy every sip. If you can not tolerate the juices well, put in a teaspoon of flaxseed. This binds aggressive fruit and vegetable acids. It's best to drink more than your thirst requires. If you are hungry, grab half a glass of buttermilk.

An important utensil during the fasting week is an intake vessel. Because for cleaning and detoxification the intestine needs a flush every other day. If you are prone to constipation, Glauber's salt can help in purging, which is dissolved in boiling water.

Sport can be continued during Lent Week. This ensures distraction and a good mood. In addition, during endurance training, you can burn fat and build muscle in just a few minutes.

Fasting Guide: five fasting days

In the morning : 2 cups of herbal tea (chamomile, mallow, rosemary or lemon balm) or unsweetened hot lemon water

Mornings : plenty of water, occasionally suck a piece of lemon

Lunch : 250 ml of home-made vegetable broth or vegetable juice diluted with water in a ratio of 1: 1 (hot or cold)

Afternoon : 2 cups of fruit tea (rosehip, fennel or apple peel) with lemon or half a teaspoon of honey

Evening : 250 ml of diluted fruit juice (hot or cold), alternatively diluted vegetable stock or juice

Fasting instructions: two days of training

1st construction day:

In the morning : herbal tea

Morning : 1 ripe apple

Lunch : 1 plate of potato and vegetable soup

Afternoon : fruit tea

Evening : tomato soup, buttermilk with 1 teaspoon flaxseed, 1 slice of crispbread

2nd construction day:

In the morning : 1 glass of sauerkraut juice or whey, on the eve soaked dried fruit, wheat meal porridge and possibly 2 slices of crispbread with 50 g herbal quark

Morning : lots of water

Lunch: salad leaves, jacket potatoes, carrots, organic yoghurt with sea buckthorn and flaxseed

Afternoon : lots of water

In the evening : carrot raw food, corn-vegetable soup, thick milk with flaxseed, 1 slice of crispbread

Recipes for your fasting week

Carrot broth for the fasting days

Ingredients for a portion

  • 250 g carrots
  • 1/2 stick leek
  • some parsley root
  • something celery
  • 1 pinch of freshly ground nutmeg
  • 2 tsp of yeast flakes
  • 4 teaspoons freshly chopped parsley

preparation

Clean and wash the vegetables and cut them down. Put the whole in a pot with a liter of boiling water. Cook the vegetables soft for ten to twenty minutes. In the steam pot you need about five to seven minutes.

Brush the soup through a fine sieve and season with spices. Sprinkle the soup with yeast flakes and chopped parsley. In summer you can also enjoy the broth cold but not ice cold.

Organic yoghurt with sea buckthorn and flax seed for the second day of construction

Ingredients for a portion

  • 1 cup of organic yoghurt (1.5%)
  • 1 teaspoon of sea buckthorn juice sweetened with honey
  • 1 heaped TL linseed

preparation

Put the organic yogurt with the sweetened sea buckthorn juice in a dessert bowl and mix well with a spoon. Sprinkle the yoghurt with linseed just before serving to prevent the seeds from swelling.

Cereal soup for the second day of construction

Ingredients for a soup

  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp finely ground wheat
  • 1/4 l vegetable stock or water
  • 50 g celery tuber
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1 pinch of dried lovage
  • 1 teaspoon freshly chopped parsley

That's how it's done

Peel the onion and finely chop it. Heat the oil in a pot and sweat the onion in it. Add the wheat grind and brown it lightly. Extinguish with broth or water. Bring everything to a boil briefly and simmer the meal over low heat for about ten minutes.

Wash, peel and rub the celery. Taste the grated soup with salt and lovage. Finally, sprinkle with celery and parsley.
