A wall unit as a homely frame

This is what real work looks like: If shelves and living areas are to adapt to the available space, you need sophisticated systems that can do everything.

The problem

Many doors, big windows: Where to go with books and TV?

The solution

A shelving system that knows no bounds in terms of order is just the thing in this case: it is essentially based on wall rails, girders and floors that fit into every niche. Also drawer elements in dark wood look, as shown here, belong to it. Since the steel rails can be cut to any length, they adapt to any room dimension. In order to create a floor space even above the room breakthrough, the shelving system was supplemented with self-made door conversions made of lacquered MDF panels. For this, put up the cheeks and screw them to the shelves. Visually, the breakthrough becomes part of the shelf wall.

In quiet lanes

An ideal supplement to the shelving system are translucent panel curtains: they close the wall opening if necessary. Clou are magnets that attract at any point in the grip area.

Resilient rail

Loosely strung together: accessories and books. Here you can see well the rail system of the shelf wall with tobacco-colored floors.
