DIY tip: pretty clothes hangers

Good hanger

On these pretty hangers made of fabric can soon hang your favorite dress. Follow our instructions and make the temples yourself.

What you need for the fabric hangers:

  • Shackle (2 pieces about 4 €, department store)
  • paper
  • Cotton fabric with flower pattern (from approx. 8 € / m, department store)
  • Füllvlies
  • pins
  • Sewing machine and matching yarn
  • sewing needle
  • about 2 m satin ribbon in white
  • double-sided adhesive tape (eg from Tesa)
  • 30 cm satin ribbon in pink
  • scissors
  • pencil

And that's how easy it is:

1.? Unscrew the hook's hook.

2.? Put the sheet on paper and drive it around in pencil. Approximately 2 cm to draw near.

3.? Lay the fabric twice, lay paper cut, put everything together with pins and cut out.

4.? Do the same with the filling fleece.

5.? Merging fabric right to right, insert the filler fleece. Stitching.

6.? Sew together with the sewing machine. Leave an opening of about 14 cm at one end of the stirrup.

7.? Apply reference. Push the bracket through the opening in the cover.

8th.? Sew opening with hand.

9.? Carefully screw in the hook through the seam in the fabric.

10.? Glue white satin ribbon onto double-sided adhesive tape and wrap around the hook.

11.? Tie a small ribbon of pink satin ribbon around the hook.
