Strickspecial "TV Week"
Whether in your favorite color or seasonal to match Christmas in bright red - these self-crocheted napkin rings ennoble any table decoration.
What you need for the napkin ring:
- Knitting mill, semi-automatic (from Prym / Kaufhaus)
- Fine wool (department store)
- Jewelry beads (craft shop)
- Cloth napkin (department store)
- Sewing needle and matching yarn
- scissors
And that's how easy it is:
1. Produce one knitted fabric cord per flower according to the manufacturer's instructions with a length of approx. 1 m.
2. Put the cord into five short loops, sew each loop one by one in the middle, so that a flower is created.
3. Put a few loops under the flower from the rest of the string and sew them together to form a ring of 3-4 adjacent strings.
4. Insert the rolled-up napkin into the ring.
Tip or alternative:
1. Roll up the cord of the knitting nappy like a snail and sew it together to form a circle.
2. Sew on a pearl in the middle of the circle.
3. Put a few loops under the flower from the rest of the string and sew them together to form a ring of 3-4 adjacent strings.
4. Slide the rolled-up napkin into the ring.
