Through the flower

Something is blooming for us now! But just put roses, gerberas and cloves in simple vases? Nope. We have five many better suggestions.

Idea 1 Create transparency

Milk bottles, apothecary glasses and carafes - in it long-stemmed flowers such as gerberas are particularly good effect. For the wow effect, place a maximum of three flowers in a jar and then arrange loosely in a group. You like it colorful? Then color the water (eg "Deko Wasser", 250 ml, ca.9 €, Lifestyle-dekoration.de). By the way: flowers with a hollow stem like gerberas are being cut, all the others at an angle.

Hanging section: Frame with bottles and artificial candles, 47 x 30 x 6 cm, approx. 25 €, depot

Idea 2: Indulge in opulence

Take a look around your kitchen! A luscious bouquet works in a nostalgic baking pan or a sieve (plus bowl) but much more original. Tip: Always clean the vessels as hot as possible so that bacteria do not stand a chance.

Idea 3: Tying delicate volumes

Even in the craft room there's a lot of things that you can use as a vase : balls of wool, for example, or tape rolls. Just put test tubes in the middle, fill with water and put in some roses in different shades of red. Would you have thought it? If you remove the suspensions, also Christmas balls make great minivas .

Idea 4: Working in a team

Together we are strong! This applies to Flora's plants as well as to the new ensemble vases. The wait with several openings on which you can fill as you like with roses, gerberas and carnations . Binding superfluous!

And here's a little florist's secret: Never put cut flowers directly in the sun - so they stay fresh longer and retain their color.

What looks like potted plants are of course cut flowers - added in (over) pots. The highlight of this deco variant? The ingredients can be found in every household : bowls, cans without lids and bulbous glasses, coffee mugs, teacups or the milk jug . Filled with carnation heads, the blooming tableware collection comes out on a simple tray.
