That's not true. According to the sleep diet "Slender asleep", one may eat quite a lot and, above all, delicious food, it only has to be done intelligently. That is, one eats only what activates the cells of the body and thus stimulates the lipid metabolism.

Insulin is a hormone that controls not only the fat storage itself, but also the conversion of sugar (glucose) into fat.

You have to imagine it like this: After eating, nutrients (sugar, protein, fat) can only enter the body cells with the help of insulin, where they are burned for energy or used as building blocks. The hormone acts, so to speak, as a key - which is why it is also called the key hormone - that opens the cells.

The problem is, once the cells have taken in enough nutrients, they shut the door behind them, leaving insulin with no other option than to dispose of excess protein, fat and sugar into the adipose tissue - where the fatteners are then stuck.

The result is known: fat pads, lifebuoys and bacon rolls. And the more insulin in the body, the more fat it can create. Logical.

Successfully lose weight with slender sleep?

So if we want to lose weight successfully, we have to make sure that we eat fewer foods that result in a significant amount of insulin, ie all high-sugar products such as spaghetti or even light bread (cereals are very high in glucose).

Even more careful, we have to be with the combination of such ingredients with protein-containing foods, because that doubles (!) The insulin secretion even. Food mixtures such as cheese and sausage sandwiches or pizza and hamburgers are therefore absolutely taboo.
