Glyx table

"You want to slim down, then leave the carbohydrates off!" You probably already heard this phrase from friends or acquaintances. But we can only warn you: Prohibitions make you unhappy and fat! Instead of doing without, you just have one important rule to keep in mind with the simple Glyx diet : There are good carbohydrates that only hinder fat metabolism if you eat too much of it. But the bad carbohydrates that drive the blood sugar level roller coaster lead to the burn stop and should therefore rather rarely be on the menu.

The food is divided into a glyx table . The glycemic index determines how fast your glucose level rises compared to glucose and how much of the fattening hormone insulin is released from your pancreas. The lower the glyx, the better for your figure. Protein-rich foods such as cheese, dairy products, meat and fish have very low values (see Glyx table ), also fiber-rich products from whole grains or legumes are recommended. The fact that chocolate, lemonade and toast has a high glycine, is not surprising, but some fruits and vegetables are not optimal for the metabolism. Be sure to choose as many foods as possible from the first and second columns of the table, and only a few of the high glyx ingredients and drinks in the third column.

The big advantage of the Glyx formula: If your blood sugar level stays in a healthy balance, stay full for long, and cravings. The result: They lose weight, they can hold the weight and protect themselves in the long term even from diabetes. Our tip: If you can not get past a small diet sin, do not fret, but balance it with your next meal.

Slimming with the Glyx table

Eat three meals a day, especially the foods from the first column. Medium Glyx products should rarely be eaten in moderation with high glyx.
