Dick in business

These girls prove that you can also make a career as a model beyond the top model dream dimensions.

It's a jerk through the fashion world: more and more women are booked with clothes size 42 up. It's not just oversize labels that photograph the plus-size models for their campaigns or send them over the catwalk. Renowned brands such as Ralph Lauren or Levi's also liked the rounding - and recognized the potential of the related statement.

We say YES to our curves

One thing is clear: most customers do not wear Size Zero! Even large fashion houses, such as H & M (Big is Beautyful), know meanwhile: The tendency to more kilos increases in the population. Logical that fashion in large sizes is becoming more important - and a real gap in the market.

Mango joins in

Now, the Spanish label Mango has recognized the trend and is starting in 2014 on its own XXL line. Under the name "Violeta by Mango" stylish parts for spring / summer are offered in trendy - but appropriate - cuts in clothing sizes 40 to 52.

The face of the campaign - how could it be otherwise - is a well-known plus-size model: Robyn Lawley . Dress size 42 is far from the looks of Kate Moss and Cara Delevingne ... and that's a good thing!

Round, so what?

She and her colleagues embody a modern, healthy body understanding in which starvation and eternal calorie counting have no weight. Confident and beautiful, they are photographed by photographers and run over the red carpets of the world - and are refreshingly successful.

Nevertheless, most plus-size models are so far largely unknown. Stop it! We introduce you to ten great women who make real money out of their curves.
