Tommy Hilfiger cares for fashion kids
Tommy Hilfiger has nominated five finalists for the "Designer for Tomorrow" Award together with the jury. We present a small preview of the award show during the Berlin Fashion Week in July.
Since 2009, the " Designer for Tomorrow " Junior Growth Award has been an integral part of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin . After Marc Jacobs or Stella McCartney, Tommy Hilfiger will decide this year on the new design talents. Another fashion superstar, the organizer Peek & Cloppenburg Dusseldorf could inspire for his promotion of young talent!
Designer Tommy Hilfiger will be sponsoring the event for a year, and together with a panel of experts, will be screening the collections of the five finalists at the Berlin Fashion Week in July and selecting the winner.
"A successful designer must be able to balance creativity and strong business-oriented thinking, " says Tommy Hilfiger on his claim to becoming a fashion talent.
The five finalists will present their Top 5 fashion ideas on the catwalk of the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin on July 9th . The winner of the junior award will benefit from the Dft sponsorship program, including support for the development of the winning collection and an exclusive insight into the working world of patron Tommy Hilfiger . In 2015, the winner's Capsule Collection will make it to fashion fairs and the shop. And as a highlight of their own winner's show in the context of the next Berlin Fashion Week.
