Three women are asked why they did not list their parental leave on their CV . The answers were very similar. In general, women have never considered seeing their parental leave as a "professional station." A message from their bosses lets them look at this in a different light.
Because unlike what you might expect, they do not explain that they have been left behind by their parental leave, behind their peers. On the contrary: The education of a new little person has developed their skills. And that shows in the job! The women would never have expected such praise from their bosses.
We do not want to reveal too much. But it must be said that every mother deserves these words!
