After a woman from Wales found a laundry label with a shocking message in her dress, Primark now takes a position on the incident.
"Forced to work exhausting hours" was handwritten on the shield.
This is Primark's official response to Vogue.com: "We find it odd that this incident is only now becoming public, the dress was sold more than a year ago and there are no other such incidents grateful if the client handed us the dress so that we could investigate how the tag got on the dress and if we need to go ahead with it.
