Friendship ribbons, Wuschel hairstyle and Schlager fame - Wolfgang Petry (58) left all this behind him from day to day. Since "Wolle" announced his resignation in September, he has not been seen. THE NEW was looking for clues and wanted to know: Wool, why are you hiding?
At the bakery in his hometown in the Rhein-Sieg district (North Rhine-Westphalia), the reporters from DAS NEUE meet the singer at the bun. But, wool, how did you change! Instead of Walle mane short, gray hair, instead of mustache a three days beard. But he does not want to talk. He does not even want to give an autograph.
His management informs on request: " Wolfgang is retired and is doing well." Too bad! His fans would love to see him again ...
