Great combination tips for slippers, sandals and Co.

We reveal which models combine fashion connoisseurs with the different jeans, skirts and dresses. Not only to be well dressed, but also to look thinner.

In our great styling special, we clarify: Which shoe fits for what?

3 THINGS you should know about shoes:

1. Which heels make slimmer: Even with a heel height of only two centimeters changes the posture and tension, the back straightens up - the entire figure looks narrower. The decisive factor, however, is the type of sales. The most important rule is: the stronger the leg, the wider the heel should be. For very strong calves you should better do without a stiletto heel - and wear pumps with block heel.

2. Which shoe shape conjures long legs: tapered shoes, especially pumps, lengthen the legs visually and thereby make a few pounds disappear. If the shoe is then either in the color of the (stocking) trousers or worn as a nude-colored copy to bare feet, this supports and enhances the effect even more. Cut-out shoe models such as ballerinas, sandals or pumps also ensure that the legs are extended, provided they are worn without socks.

3. Which shoes you prefer to do without stockings. Opaque, matt tights (from 40 denier) in the color of the shoes provide extra long legs because the leg seems to be endless without any "breaks". But if you want to wear brogues, loafers, slippers and ballerinas to pants, then you should best do without any hosiery. As a result, the leg is visually shortened too much. As a general rule, the more we show of our slender fetters, the larger and narrower we seem.
