Beauty editor Maren has tested it.

Appearance the face epilator does like an electric toothbrush. And he also hisses like that. He is operated with batteries. Unfortunately, I do not find that very environmentally friendly and certainly not user-friendly - because nobody likes to buy batteries again and again.

As far as the application is concerned, the facial epilator is really good to handle. At the top of several small plates rotate together and tear so even fine hair out. Through the fine tip you can also reach a place that you should avoid with a larger epilator. For example, a woman's beard or eyebrows are no longer a problem.

Of course, epilation is not pleasant. Nevertheless, I find that the pain in brown epilator contained within limits . And the result is really impressive. Whether hair on the upper lip, between the eyebrows or on the cheeks - the epilator creates the little wand effortlessly. And the great thing is that the hair disappears - depending on hair growth - for up to two weeks.

An additional gadget of the epilator is the cleaning function. I liked this type of usage almost even better. Because the skin is super soft and instead of using your own hands washing gel and scrub on the face, cleans the brush attachment really gently. Scaly skin is easily removed.

The cleaning attachment is reminiscent of an oversized electric toothbrush and works similarly. After using the attachment with cleansing gel or peeling, you can easily clean it with water and dry it.

Conclusion: I have no strong facial hair and can therefore judge the application only for me. But my conclusion is clear: Braun's facial epilator makes a super-soft, hair-free skin . It takes some getting over the whirring stick on the upper lip or forehead, but then it is really super handy. The only drawback: The rod has no charging function, but is powered by batteries. A minus point for the environment.
