Short in jogging pants went to the supermarket and already met the ex or the talkative colleague? This has an end with the new app Cloak (German: Cape)! The app for smartphones warns of acquaintances, which you would rather not run into the arms.
Using Instagram and Foursquare, Cloak reads location information from friends and displays it on a map. If you want to avoid certain people, just mark them and get a warning as soon as they are nearby. Even a complete incognito mode can be set - then Cloak indicates where it is most unlikely to hit a familiar face.
The "anti-social network", as the Cloak inventors call it, made it into the Top 50 of the iTunes Store within a few days. Brian Moore and Chris Baker have already enjoyed success with unbaby.me, an app that removes baby photos from the newsfeed and can be replaced with any other photos.
If it goes after the two, the signs for Generation Facebook so on "anti-social". And we want to thank you for not unexpectedly crossing the ex's back in the future.
