These are pictures from a Hollywood movie: Students walk along the railroad tracks and turn a cell phone video. Suddenly a regional train speeds up and rams the bus on the tracks. "Wooowww" can be heard on the student's video. And indeed the impact is huge.
The Stade police said that a technical error meant that the bus with the rear stopped on the tracks of the railroad crossing. The bus driver could not continue. She responded immediately and sent all the students off the bus.
At the same time she tried to inform the train. Too late, because only a few minutes after the children had left the bus, this collided with the train. Despite emergency braking, the metronome could not stop in time. A train guest was injured. The bus driver was in shock.
