And that's how easy it is:

1. Sawing out: Print the originals twice in A3 size. Cut out the head of the template for the big bear, transfer the outline to one of the wooden boards and saw out with a jig saw (eg "PST 18 LI" from Bosch). Cut out the next smaller ring of the template, also transfer to the board and saw out. Repeat the operation with the remaining template parts.

2. Sanding: Sand the edges of all sawed pieces and stack the pieces, as seen on the template. Mark two points on the underlying board with a pencil to connect.

3. Drilling: Pierce a hole in each of the markings with a cordless two-speed drill driver (eg "PSR 18 LI-2" from Bosch).

4. Screw together: Screw the individual wooden boards through the holes with a cordless screwdriver (eg "PSR Select" from Bosch).

5. Gluing: Apply mouth, ears and nose with hot glue. From white and black sponge rubber two 2 cm or two 1 cm circles for the Augenzuschneiden and also stick with hot glue on the bear face. Paint the nose with black acrylic paint. Repeat all steps with the second template for the little bear.

6. Assemble: Cut a wedge out of the second wooden plate of any size to set it up. Screw plate together with the wedge. Fix both bear heads with hot glue on the plate. If you like, you can treat the finished sculpture with furniture polish for wood (eg from Poliboy). This gives the surface an antistatic protective film against dust.
