One last request goes around the world

Oren Miller was diagnosed with cancer on May 30, 2014. He does not know how much time he has left. Before his death he would like to make a request.

It could have been a Friday like any other, if the family man Oren Miller had not found out on 30 May 2014 that he was seriously ill with cancer. The exact diagnosis: lung cancer in the fourth stage. People who have progressed so far are rarely expected to have high life expectancy by physicians. So Oren does not know how much time he has left with his family.

Before it could be too late, the father of two children has decided to formulate his last request to his fellow human beings in time and publicly to share. Oren Miller's last wish is exclusively about his family, his wife and of course his children. With them, he says he experiences "heaven on earth" - even in such a difficult time. "I do not care about myself, I really do not, I had the greatest life you could ask for, but there is one thing ... There is one thing I would do anything for: see my children grow up. "But he does not know if that will be possible.

Oren does not want his children to grow up sad and his wife is unhappy. He does not know what will happen to his body in the next few months, but he wants people to know how to do good to his family.

He asks that you play with his daughter. Even if it looks like she could be very busy alone. "Go to her, play with her, she needs you." Her father may not be able to play with her anymore.

In addition, Oren wants others to understand that one should always take his son seriously and try to find an answer to all his questions. "He likes to play and fool around, but you have to treat him like an adult."

Last but not least, the family man and blogger asks to give his wife a break and help her have fun. "She will take all responsibility - do not let that happen, tell her to relax, tell her to take it lightly." Oren Miller ends his letter with a short but no less moving sentence about his wife: "She is the woman of my dreams."

This man's love for his family penetrates every single word in this letter, originally published on Oren Miller's blog A Blogger And A Father.
