Simple ice cream recipe
The simplest ice cream in the world - a homemade banana ice cream made from just 1 ingredient. Super healthy, super creamy and made super fast - so we like bananas best.
Our favorite summer sin: ice cream. One bullet today, two tomorrow, three the day after tomorrow. And the day after tomorrow a large cup of many small ice balls - packed with our homemade banana ice cream
Why did not we discover this recipe much earlier? Granted - we do not know either. Maybe ... because we would have prepared ourselves for breakfast on the homemade banana ice cream. And for lunch, for dinner, as an afternoon snack ... Banana ice cream around the clock - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for a whole summer.
But would that have been so bad? No way! The great thing: Our homemade banana ice cream is neither on the hips nor do we have to stand for hours in the kitchen. Only bananas - nothing else is needed to make the creamy delicacy itself. A little tip: Banana ice cream in combination with peanut butter or small chocolate chips - a dream!

Banana ice cream recipe
1. Peel the bananas, cut into pieces and freeze for at least three hours (preferably overnight).
2. Place the frozen banana pieces in a high mixing bowl and stir until creamy with a hand mixer for about 1 minute. Again and again scrape from the edge and puree further. Not about consistency wonder. Those who puree long enough receive the finest banana ice cream.
