The angels have landed!
It's the lingerie spectacle of the year: The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, which this year for the first time took place in London. And thanks to Instagram we were live! Here: The best backstage pictures of the VS angels.
At last it was time! For weeks, Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Behati Prinsloo and Co. had been plagued with diets and sweaty workouts just for this one event : the "Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2014" at London's Earls Court Exhibition Center. A total of 47 top models floated over the catwalk and presented 79 outfits, 29 of which were studded with Swarovski stones. Gilded Angels, Exotic Traveler, Dream Girl, Fairy Tale, University of Pink and Angel Ball featured six different outfit themes this year. The event was accompanied by numerous live performances: Taylor Swift enchanted with the mega-hits of her new album "1989". Whereas Ariana Grande, Ed Sheeran and the Irish newcomer Hozier provided fast-paced beats.
The highlight of the show: For the first time in the history of the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, not a fantasy bra was shown, but TWO shown, which presented the Brazilian beauties Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima in a double on the catwalk. Per BH, the value at runf is 1.6 million euros. And ten Engel debut tannins also premiered at the show. Among them: Devon Windsor from the USA, Yumi Lambert from Belgium or Josephine Skriver from Denmark.
Anyone who wanted to be part of the spectacle live and grabbed one of the 25, 000 (!) Seats in the London location had to pay more than 8, 000 euros - with an after-show party as much as 9, 600 euros! But do not worry, we'll show you a look BEHIND the scenes - and all for a while! Since all models played their phones well before, during and after the show, we were able to get as close to Instagram as never before. The best backstage pictures are shown here. The whole show will air on December 9 on the US CBS broadcaster and online.
