Rapper Asap Rocky and the model are no longer a couple. As a reason for the separation and the annulment of the engagement, both gave their work.

Asap Rocky (26) is single again. After nearly one and a half years of relationship, the rapper separated in late October 2014 from his girlfriend, the 23-year-old model Chanel Iman. Particularly sad: G for the separation - and thus the cancellation of the engagement - should have been the incompatibility of the work calendar of the two.

For six months, Asap Rocky had been engaged to the pretty model, then it came to an end. But just as calm as the relationship of the two was, so unspectacular was the end of the love story. A source of the US-American magazine E! Online says that the couple said goodbye to love a few weeks ago without much hype. "It just did not work for the two of them with traveling around the world, being separated from each other always played a big role in the separation, " the insider is quoted as saying.

Asap Rocky is currently touring Europe and is currently in London. His ex-girlfriend Chanel posted a melancholy selfie from the beach in Miami on her Instagram account when the separation rumors became public (@chaneliman on Instagram). The couple had only been seen on a few red carpets and the engagement of the two had never been officially confirmed. A big public proof of the love between the model and the rapper was a shoot for Vogue, published in the September 2014 issue. In it Asap and Chanel had posed together in a "Dirty Dancing" photo spread.
Iggy Azalea was also once with Asap Rocky.
Previously, Asap Rocky, whose real name was Rakim Mayer, was dating the singer Iggy Azalea. The couple's turbulent relationship worked with Iggy in some of their songs. She even got a tattoo with the name of the first mixtape of her former lover "Live.Love.A $ ap" on the ring finger. The tattoo has now removed Iggy Azalea, because she is now with athlete Nick Young together.
