about 1 kg of apricots, 650 g of flour, 75 g of delicate oatmeal, 300 g of sugar, 1 pinch of salt, 2 sachets of vanillin sugar, 100 g of chopped hazelnuts, 2 egg yolks, 375 g of butter, 3 tbsp apricot jam, 3 tbsp breadcrumbs, 2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1. Put the flour, oatmeal, sugar, salt, vanillin sugar, nuts, egg yolks, 3-4 tablespoons of cold water and butter in little flakes in a large mixing bowl. Use to sprinkle with your hands.
2. Wash apricots, cut in half, remove stones. Slice halves (4-5 each apricot half). Stir the jam until smooth. Carefully mix the apricots with the jam. Grease a baking tray (32 x 39 cm) and dust with flour. Distribute almost 2/3 of the crumble evenly. Press with your hands to a smooth floor. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
