Women worship him. But the right one was not there yet ...
His haircut is perfect when we greet Andreas Gabalier (27). The singer ("So liab i di di") visited us in Hamburg and raves: "I think this city is fantastic." After the hearty Austrian has refreshed in the hotel, we show him the most beautiful sides of the Hanseatic city.
During a rest on our walk, Andreas Gabalier then gives us a very honest interview - of course about love : "I am still alone, so there is still plenty of room in my heart."
The reason: The time for a friend is missing. "Right now I'm just flirting with the music, I'm traveling so much - I'd have to leave my girlfriend too often." And so lives the singer who goes on 26 September 2013 on a major tour of Germany, currently only for the fans: "On the stage I feel joy!"
Even if the right person was not there yet, Andreas already has a clear idea of what his future would be like. "Cheerful, optimistic and it should have the necessary maturity, " he says.
As befits a "Steirer Buam", he dreams of a wedding on the mountain pasture: "We would celebrate in a mountain hut, that would be so romantic!" He wants to share this dream with his grandmother Maria (85). "It would be nice if she could still witness my wedding."
Because Andreas Gabalier knows that health is not taken for granted. His grandmother suffered from an eye disease for a long time. No easy time for the singer, because "Omsi" is the most important woman of his life. And even if Andreas eventually finds his princess, "Omsi" will always have a permanent place in his heart.
