With this trick you prepare the pineapple in a few easy steps and serve the fruit in a creative way - a hit on every garden party!
Place the pineapple on a chopping board and quarter with a large, sharp knife. Loosen the pulp with the knife out of the bowl.
Leave the big pineapple pieces on the skin and cut bite-sized pieces from the fruit. Push the pieces out of the pineapple in a staggered position. The pineapple snack is ready!
