Latest collection presented by McQueen

In Paris, the last collection of Alexander McQueen has now been presented. The fashion designer had recently taken his own life. The fashion show was originally to take place in the Paris Conciergerie. This is a former prison. Now it was presented to a small, select audience accompanied by choir songs from the 17th century. Overall, McQueen's last collection consists of 15 outfits. The press was enthusiastic about the creations. So it's all the more tragic that there will definitely be no new designs from McQueen. Journalist Robin Givhan explained how masterful the designer's work is. She is very sad about the loss of this extraordinary talent.
