This is how the dinner bread diet works

Eating in the evening makes you fat? Not if you grab our sophisticated dinner suggestions . On the contrary, we made the quick-made recipes with five natural fat-away stars (see below) and put them together to help burn calories at night.

Because the mix of whole grain cereals, lots of vegetables, lean dairy products, meat and fish stimulates the metabolism and fat burning vigorously.

Together with a balanced breakfast:

  • a cereal made from 150 g low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 handful of fruit
  • and 3 tbsp whole grain flakes.

or

  • 1 whole grain bread
  • with 1 tbsp curd cheese or a slice of boiled ham with cucumber.

And a light lunch:

  • from 150 g of lean meat or fish
  • with 200 g of vegetables
  • 30 g of pasta or rice or 400 g of potatoes .

So you do not have to go hungry - and lose 1 pound every night!
