TV, magazines and advertisements all too often try to convince us that getting fit means being thin. Slim models with wasp waists and narrow arms advertise running shoes, dumbbells and sports outfits. But who says that these models are also in shape? Fitness does not necessarily have anything to do with ideals of beauty mediated body measurements.

The women may not look like sports models - but in terms of fitness, they are not so easy to beat! Her discipline, strength and body tension make her an inspiration to people worldwide.
