Sometimes, focusing on the negative things in life can mean that less beautiful things happen to us and the same problems always crop up. In detail these are these 3 behavioral patterns:

1. To talk about it too much

Always talk about problems and complain about it

For many of us, that's one reason why we're actually attracted to negative things. We like to talk a lot and often about the same things: problems with the back, the job, the boss, the girlfriend, the husband. This can be downright addictive and we are always attracting problems. The good news: It's not that hard to stop! At first you have to bite your tongue a few times, but then you realize that it actually helps!

2. Miserable pondering

It does not help to constantly think about the problem!

Generally it is believed that it helps to ponder about problems. In fact, the opposite is the case. The more we think about it, the more space we give to the problem, and the further we move away from finding a solution . To keep your thoughts in order, it's important to focus on something else positive: turn on your favorite music, read a few pages, or watch the awesome new series. Of course, negative thoughts always creep in, they are not bad either, you just can not give them the power in your head!

3. Acting out of fear

What we do affects our thinking and well-being, but we also have the power to change those thoughts and negative feelings.

For example, it can be shown to raise the mood when we smile at ourselves in the mirror, for no reason, just because - the mood is rising. So, when we make decisions out of fear of the consequences, instead of being convinced, that feeling sticks and that makes us unhappy. For example, if we are scared to get sick now, maybe because we're on vacation, thinking about taking vitamins, and so on, then we can practically talk our body of the cold. And who then says: "Did I know that I'm getting sick now, that was clear, that only happens to me, " he confirms himself still in. Think better and positively trust the body, then will do that!
