For diarrhea helps the first aid kit with medical dry yeast. It relieves the discomfort and strengthens the intestinal flora. Those who suffer from constipation can take a gentle laxative in the short term, for example on the basis of senna leaves. Quickly you have sometimes hurt yourself. Then disinfectant becomes important for cleaning wounds.

The same applies to patches, gauze bandages and ointments - everything belongs in the first-aid kit. Tip for hikers: Absolutely blister plaster in your backpack! In pain of all kinds, such as headache or toothache, the active ingredients acetylsalicylic acid, paracetamol and ibuprofen relieve the symptoms, also help against inflammation and fever. Some women get vaginal mushroom from bathing in the hotel pool. In the meantime, there are uncomplicated disposable products that work quickly and therefore belong in every first-aid kit. Insect bites can be very annoying, and some people get cold sore from too much sun on the lip. Corresponding pins and gels relieve the itching. And those who can only sleep restfully in peace must not forget the earplugs. Medicines that need to be taken regularly may not be missing in the first-aid kit. These are, for example, insulin, antihypertensive or birth control pills. To be on the safe side, carry in your hand luggage if the case is lost!
