2 apples, 3 eggs, 175 ml milk, 125 g flour, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 sachet vanilla sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 2 tbsp butter, pinch of salt

1. Place the butter in an ovenproof pan and place in the preheated oven (200 ° C).

2. Peel apples, core and cut into small pieces. Sprinkle apple slices with 2 teaspoons of sugar and add to the butter in the pan.

3. For the dough, stir eggs, milk, flour, remaining sugar, salt and cinnamon to a smooth dough. Pour the mixture over the apples and bake for about 15 minutes. The apple pancake is ready when the dough comes up on the sides and has a golden brown color. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
